Betting and Game Rules

General rules that apply to all play

These rules apply to every game in our lobby: slots, table games, instant win games and live dealer tables. They sit alongside our terms and conditions and our bonus terms. Where an individual game's rules describe something differently, that game's rules decide rounds played on it.

Play is open to registered customers aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and we verify the identity of every account holder, so you may be asked for documents before a round is settled or a withdrawal is paid.

One account per player

You may hold one account only. It is personal to you: nobody else may place bets from it, and you must not stake on anyone else's behalf. Where we find duplicate accounts, we may close them and void bets placed through them.

Real money and bonus balance

Your account can hold a real money balance and a bonus balance. The game screen and the cashier show which balance a stake comes from, and funds are drawn in the order set out in our bonus terms. Winnings from real money play can be withdrawn within the limits shown in your account, while winnings from bonus play stay tied to the bonus terms until wagering is complete.

Bets are final once placed

  • A bet is accepted when you confirm it in the game, and the stake leaves your balance at that moment.
  • Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed by you, whatever the result of the round turns out to be.
  • Autoplay, turbo and repeat-stake buttons confirm each bet in the same way as a single manual click, so those bets are final too.

18+ only

Our games are for adults. Anyone under 18 may not register or play, and where we find an underage account we close it and return the deposits.

How bets and spins are settled

The outcome of a round is decided by the game server, not by the screen in front of you. The result held on the server is the result that stands, and it is what we use to settle your bet. If your browser or app shows something different, for example after a lost connection, the server record is final.

  • Every game has its own rules, paytable and help screen, which you can open before you stake. They set out winning combinations, payouts and how any feature works.
  • The theoretical return to player figure is shown in each game's information screen. It is a long-run average across many thousands of rounds and says nothing about the outcome of a single spin or session.
  • Random games use a random number generator, so each round is independent and earlier results have no bearing on later ones.

Our server records are the record of your play, and we use them to settle bets and to answer any question about a round.

Malfunctions, errors and interrupted rounds

If a game, our platform or a game provider's software malfunctions, all pays and all play on the affected round are void. That applies whether the fault ran in your favour or against you, and it covers a round that shows a prize the game's own paytable does not support.

  1. Where a round is void, any stake taken for it goes back to the balance it came from.
  2. Where a prize has been credited in error, we correct the balance and tell you what changed.
  3. Where a game is behaving incorrectly, we may take it out of the lobby until the provider has fixed it.

Lost connections and unfinished rounds

If your connection drops mid-round, the round is held on the server. When you next open the game it either resumes where you left it or settles automatically, with any win credited to your balance. Live rounds carry on at the table and are settled on the server, so a win reaches your account even if you do not see the round end.

If a round looks wrong

Stop playing that game, note the time and the round reference, then contact us. A round is much easier to look into while the detail is still to hand.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are governed by our bonus terms and by the terms of the individual offer, which are shown with the offer and in the promotions area of your account.

RuleHow it applies
Maximum betWhile wagering is outstanding, each bet is capped at the maximum stake stated in the bonus terms. Bets above that cap may be void.
Game contributionGames count towards wagering at the rates listed in the bonus terms. Some contribute only in part and some are excluded altogether.
Order of playStakes are taken from the balance named in the bonus terms, with bonus funds normally played before any remaining real money.
ExpiryA bonus, and anything won from it, lapse if the wagering period stated in the offer ends first.

Where a bonus condition is broken, we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it. The real money part of your balance stays yours.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are hosted by a dealer in a studio and run to the pace of the table rather than yours. Each table carries a help screen with its own rules, bet types and payouts, and those rules decide the outcome at that table.

  • The dealer's call at the table is final, including on card and chip placement and on whether a round is valid.
  • Bets must be placed inside the betting window shown on screen. A late bet is not accepted and the stake stays in your balance.
  • Misdeals, exposed cards and similar irregularities are handled as the rules of that table describe, which may mean the round is void.
  • If a table closes mid-round, open bets are settled or returned on the server.

Questions and disputes about a round

If you believe a round has settled incorrectly, tell us and we will check the server record for it. The quickest route is the live chat on the site; you can also write to support@casino-happytiger.co.uk. Please include:

  1. The game name and, for a live table, the table name.
  2. The date and time of the round, with your time zone if you are abroad.
  3. The round or game reference, which appears in the game history and in your account history.
  4. What you expected to happen and what you saw instead.

We reply with the server record for the round and explain how the result was reached. If that does not settle the matter, our complaints procedure sets out what happens next, including the dispute resolution service named there.

If play stops being enjoyable, the tools in your account can help: deposit limits, session reminders, a time-out and self-exclusion.
