These Bonus Terms and Conditions set out the rules that apply to every promotion we make available at Happy Tiger Casino, including deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, prize draws and tournaments.

Each individual offer also carries its own terms, published with the offer itself and in the promotions area of your account. Read both before you opt in.

Where the wording of an offer differs from the wording here, the terms published with that offer apply to it. Read the rules in this order:

We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity, age and payment details of account holders before promotional winnings are paid out. Taking part in a promotion is always optional.

Promotions are open to registered account holders who meet the conditions below. We may also limit an offer to a particular group of players, for example new accounts only, or accounts that have used a specific payment method.

• You are 18 or over. Promotional credit is never issued to anyone under 18.
• You hold one account only. One bonus per person, household, shared device, IP address or payment method, unless the offer says otherwise.
• Your registration details are accurate and the payment method belongs to you.
• You are not currently self-excluded, on a time-out, or registered with GamStop.
• Any verification checks we have asked for are complete.

Claiming an offer

1. Open the promotions area or the cashier and look at the terms shown with the offer.
2. Opt in, or enter the code exactly as it appears, before you deposit or place a qualifying bet.
3. Make the qualifying deposit or stake within the period stated in the offer.
4. Check that the bonus funds or free spins appear in your balance before you start playing.

Unless an offer states otherwise, only one bonus can be active at a time. A further offer you qualify for is usually held until the active bonus is either completed or removed.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: a multiple of the bonus amount, or of the bonus and the qualifying deposit together, that must be staked before the balance can be withdrawn. The multiple, the funds it applies to and any time limit are stated in the terms of each offer, and your progress is shown in your account.

How your balance is used

Where your account holds both cash and bonus funds, the order in which they are staked is set out in the cashier. Cash you have deposited remains yours to withdraw, subject to the usual verification checks. Bonus funds, and winnings produced by them, stay restricted until the wagering requirement is met.

How games contribute

Games contribute at the rates published with each offer, and some are excluded altogether. The table shows the pattern our promotions normally follow.

Maximum stake and restricted play

• A maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies while a wagering requirement is open. The figure is shown in the terms of the offer.
• Stakes above that limit, and stakes placed on excluded games, may not count towards wagering and may be voided.
• Free spins are played at the stake and on the game stated in the offer. Their value cannot be changed or transferred.
• Bonus funds cannot be moved between accounts, products or wallets.

Every offer has a life span. Bonus funds, free spins and wagering progress expire at the end of the period stated with the offer, counted from the moment the bonus is credited unless the offer says otherwise.

• Unused free spins are removed when the offer expires.
• If the wagering requirement is not met in time, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings still tied to them are removed, and your cash balance stays in the account.
• You can ask us to remove an active bonus at any time. Winnings produced by it are forfeited; your own cash is not.
• Withdrawing while a wagering requirement is open ends the promotion, and we take out the bonus and anything it has won before the payment is processed.

Withdrawal methods, processing times and any minimum amounts are the ones set out in the cashier. Verification must be complete before a payment leaves your account.

Promotions are offered in good faith and on the understanding that they are used as intended. The following is treated as misuse:

• Holding or using more than one account, or acting with others to claim the same offer repeatedly.
• Betting patterns that carry little or no risk, such as covering both sides of an even-money market to clear wagering.
• Staking above the maximum allowed while a wagering requirement is open, or using excluded games to clear it.
• Giving false registration details, using a payment method that is not yours, or reversing a qualifying deposit.
• Using software, automation or a fault in a game to gain an advantage.

Where we believe an offer has been misused, we may remove the bonus and any winnings it has produced, hold a pending withdrawal, restrict further promotions, or close the account. Each case is looked into individually and we will tell you what we have decided.

We may add, change, suspend or end a promotion, and correct an obvious error in the way a bonus has been credited. Changes do not apply to a bonus you are already playing through, unless the bonus was credited in error or we are required to make them for legal or regulatory reasons.

A bonus should never be a reason to spend more than you planned. The tools below sit in your account settings and apply whether or not a promotion is active.

• Deposit, loss and stake limits, and the limits shown in your account.
• Reality checks that remind you how long you have been playing.
• A time-out for a short break, or self-exclusion for a longer one.
• Turning off promotional e-mails, texts and on-site offers at any time.
